Disciplined, quantitative investment process: Employs a data-driven, unemotional methodology to evaluate fundamentals, valuations, and macroeconomic conditions at the industry level, allowing equity themes to adapt as market leadership and cycles evolve.
Actively managed ETF structure: Maintains a multi-cap portfolio of U.S. equities with no use of leverage or derivatives, offering active industry rotation within a transparent ETF vehicle.
