Total return–oriented real estate strategy: Focuses on capital appreciation over current income, investing in real estate and real estate-related businesses across commercial, residential, and real estate services sectors.
Long-term, value-driven investment approach: Targets securities trading at discounts to estimated net asset value, emphasizing well-capitalized, well-managed companies with the ability to compound value over time.
High-conviction, actively managed portfolio: Maintains a concentrated portfolio of approximately 30–40 holdings with high active share, and retains flexibility to tactically hold cash, U.S. Treasuries, and implement hedges as appropriate.
