Overview

Objective

The CRM All Cap Value Strategy seeks to capture attractive total returns by investing across a wide range of market capitalizations using a fundamental, bottom-up value approach that is consistent across all CRM strategies.

Description

The strategy has been managed since January 2002. Supported by an experienced team of investment professionals, the portfolio managers make judgments about the relative attractiveness of various securities in selecting stocks for the portfolio.

  • High-conviction, bottom-up value strategy: Invests in approximately 35–50 stocks selected based on CRM’s core investment philosophy of change, neglect, and valuation, with securities often overlapping with other CRM strategies.

  • Flexible, all-cap opportunity set: Designed to capture opportunities across a broad range of market capitalizations, allowing portfolio managers to allocate to their highest-conviction ideas regardless of size.

  • Disciplined portfolio construction: While security selection is bottom-up, portfolio construction considers stock-specific risks, sector exposures, and overall risk/reward characteristics to build a relatively concentrated, diversified portfolio.
