Third Avenue International Real Estate Value Fund

Third Avenue International Real Estate Value Fund seeks to achieve long-term capital growth and current income through a portfolio of securities of publicly traded real estate companies located outside the U.S. that may include REITs, real estate operating companies and other publicly traded companies whose asset base is primarily real estate.

The Fund invests in a concentrated portfolio of publicly traded real estate companies located outside the United States.

• Global real estate value strategy: Invests in non-U.S. REITs, real estate operating companies, and other publicly traded companies whose asset base is primarily real estate, across both developed and emerging markets.
  
  
• Actively managed, high-conviction portfolio: Employs a fundamental, value-oriented investment approach with a long-term horizon, concentrating on the portfolio manager’s highest-conviction ideas while retaining flexibility to hedge or hold cash when appropriate.
